Pressel Versand International GmbH ist der Spezialist für Verpackung, Versand, Archiv und Büro in Österreich. Pressel Versand wurde im Jahre 1985 vom Namensgeber KR Hans Pressel als Familienbetrieb in Österreich mit dem Ziel gegründet, erstmals in Europa Produkte für Unternehmen aus einem erneuerbaren Material – der Wellpappe – herzustellen und zu vertreiben. Im Jahr 2004 hat sich Pressel der internationalen Unternehmensgruppe Staples Inc. angeschlossen, die im Verkauf von Bürobedarf spezialisiert ist. Heute ist Pressel einer der größten Versandhändler für Archivprodukte, Versandverpackungen und Büromaterial.

...is the fully automated and highly optimized dispatch of documents, facilitated by automatic transfer from the ERP system to the sermocore platform.
Using sermocore as an ASP solution, the processing and automation of these documents can be accelerated. Numerous steps are taken to optimize the dispatch process: The sermocore platform receives data via FTP upload, extracts recipient addresses from the documents using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) since they are image data, and sends them through a fully automated printing and enveloping line.
All invoices, credit notes, and reminders from Pressel GmbH for Austria, Germany, and Switzerland are subsequently physically dispatched automatically from the ERP system. Through the production network, postage optimization is achieved when handed over to postal service providers.
For better tracking, a regular end-of-month report is generated (e.g., a dispatch log for reminders), and individual reports are issued per shipment in case of errors (e.g., address errors). Thus, sermocore provides a comprehensive, fully automated, and optimized solution for data processing and dispatch.
