... is the fully automated and highly optimised dispatch via the sermocore platform - at the click of a mouse.
With the sermocore platform, which is used here as an ASP solution, the processing of these documents can be accelerated and automated. A large number of individual steps are taken over in order to optimise dispatch in the best possible way: The sermocore platform receives the data via FTP upload, performs sorting, adds - according to predefined rules - payment slips, SEPA direct debit mandates and cover letters where these are necessary and also optimises the number of mailings, thereby achieving additional postage optimisation. This means that each tenant only receives one mail item, even if they rent several properties. In addition, the sermocore platform performs a consistency check of the master data and creates an error report. This is then used for master data maintenance at Otto Immobilien. sermocore thus creates a holistic, fully automated and optimised solution for data processing and dispatch.
