Solution
... is the fully automated sorting and subsequent dispatch of the data via the sermocore platform directly from the ERP system.
ELMAG relies on sermocore's fully automated mail dispatch, whereby the mail items are transferred directly from the ERP system (Emasos IQ - www.emasos.com) to the sermocore platform by means of direct integration. Together with sermocore's comprehensive EDI solution, which is already established in the company, this ensures a standardised interface to the outside world. The many invoices, which usually have to be sent in bundles to a receiving office (e.g. to regulators), are automatically collected, sorted and transferred directly to the postal service provider's distribution centre via a fully automated printing and inserting line with the help of sermocore. In this way, sermocore achieves a major optimisation of the manual effort for ELMAG, with an additional shortening of the postal route and postage optimisation.
