For a company like ELMAG, which has such diverse business partners as purchasing platforms, associations, regulators and end customers, it is essential that many different complex processes can be handled via one system in order to be able to serve the widely divergent needs of its business partners. sermocore takes on this responsible task and solves this fully integrated with the sermocore platform, so that seamless monitoring and very high process reliability are guaranteed. This direct integration into ELMAG's ERP system (Emasos IQ - www.emasos.com) also simplifies and speeds up the data dispatch process. The intelligent solution enables the processing of both incoming and outgoing business data, so that all data such as orders, order confirmations, invoices, credit notes and even catalogue data including product and category images can be exchanged between business partners without any problems. In accordance with the specific needs of ELMAG's individual customer groups, sermocore ensures that the data reaches the business partners at the right time - by means of time control - and in the appropriate form - for example with an attached summary of the data and additional transmission of a PDF invoice list, for example. Even for those ELMAG partners who do not support automatic EDI, sermocore offers an uncomplicated solution by automatically connecting via e-billing, in which an automatically generated email including a PDF attachment is sent by the system.

Here, sermocore creates a completely optimised, fully automatic data hub as the central processing middleware for all the company's electronic input and output data, thus considerably simplifying the processes for ELMAG when dealing with business partners.
