... is the fully automated and optimised dispatch of documents from the ERP system to the sermocore platform.
Alfred Wagner Stahl-Technik & Zuschnitt GmbH uses sermocore's fully automated mail dispatch via an ASP solution. The mail items are exported ready for printing from the ERP system and transferred by email to a secure mailbox on the sermocore platform. This ensures a standardised interface to the outside world, as a large proportion of invoices are already sent directly to customers by email. The data is extracted from the mailbox on the sermocore platform, collected and transferred to a fully automated printing and inserting line. With the help of sermocore's production network, the direct transfer to the postal service provider's distribution centre further shortens the mail route. A corresponding status report is sent by email to the relevant people in the company with each transfer. The structural address check improves the formal correctness of the addresses in advance.
